Ive looked at a large number of mandarin tutorial/training apps and this is by far the best. Excellent presentation with a great combination of vocabulary, pronunciation, writing and grammar features. The pinyin pronunciation instructions are especially helpful.

Fun and easy to use, and informative. Even as a Banana using this app, Ive learned grammar and structure that I wasnt even aware of.

I have to say that really do enjoy this app. Its a really hard to find a Chinese language program that actually speaks and helps pronouce words for you on the iPhone. And for only $3! Please make a iStart Korean! Please!

I have used Mirai products in the past and found them to be very well thought out and user friendly. I am moving to Singapore next year and so I was thrilled to see this new Chinese app. Keep them coming guys. Thai next please.

Its really good. The explanation is a bit boring but its good, youll learn conversational Chinese.

Although I have not completed the course yet I am finding the lessons easy to understand and easy to remember. I would recommend this course if you want to learn conversational Chinese. Not a bad buy at all.

This app is a great way to get a good grounding in the language. Overall Mirai does a great job simplifying language learning.

A wonderful tool to learn the basics of Mandarin Chinese. I hope they continue to expand their language offerings.

Totally worth the money

Easy to use. I miss a flashcard testing system. The "vocal contour" of words is not that practical in my opinion, but perhaps others may like it. I would most certainly buy additional levels as they become available.

Makes mandarin Chinese seem so straightforward and grammatically simple! Even the characters are repeated so much that they get drilled into your head! I would definitely buy an expansion

Note that you can tap once on narrators text bubble to advance to that point. tap once on the face of the Chinese speaker to advance to that point (tapping Chinese speakers bubble toggles view). Recommendation: direct link from vocabulary to drawing animations!

This app is one of my arsenal in learning Chinese and is worth the money. I highly suggest it.

This app is very well made and useful if you are trying to learn Chinese. The one thing that does bother me is that every time you leave the app and then come back to it you have to find where you were in the audio.

Already impressing my Chinese friends with my Chinese in the 4th lesson. Wish the Chinese character writing had a little smoother interface, other than that, great app!
